To help us shed some light on the potential reasons for this miss-alignment and uncover strategies that can be utilized to bridge this gap, and encourage greater utilization of the Tactical Model (or a version of this) in schools, we are recruiting physical education teachers from around the world to participate in a ‘Twitter’ chat. This will be led by XXX who is on the following Twitter handle: @XXX
This Twitter chat will be held on XXX at the following times: 7.00am-8.00am and 11.00am-12.00pm 4.00pm-5.00pm 9.00pm-10.00pm Australian Central Daylight Time. Note the time conversations below for major countries and cities to help you figure out which session to attend.
Note that participation in this event is will generate data that will be used in a subsequent research study and published in peer reviewed journal publications. By agreeing to participate in the Twitter chat, you agree to consent to the Tweets you submit to be used as part of this study. West Virginia University's Institutional Review Board acknowledgement of this project is on file.
I hope that you will participate in this Twitter chat, as it could be beneficial in understanding how physical education teacher’s are using the Tactical Games Model in their practice. Should you have any questions about this Twitter chat or the associated research project, please feel free to contact Stephen Harvey at +1 (304) 293-0849 or by e-mail at Stephen.Harvey@mail.wvu.edu or Twitter: @drstephenharvey
